Why three formats
Three practical realities shape every package here. The Trans-Flores highway is long and winding. Komodo National Park is reachable only by boat from Labuan Bajo. And the best of the island — Wae Rebo, Kelimutu, the Ngada villages around Bajawa — is spread across hundreds of kilometres.
That is why this catalogue is organised into overland, boat and combination formats rather than a list of day trips. A day trip cannot reach the interior, and a road itinerary cannot reach the park.

Prices generally include private transport, accommodation, an English-speaking guide and stated activities. Flights, the Komodo National Park entrance fee and personal expenses are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Four at the minimum for an overland crossing between Labuan Bajo and Ende, and seven to ten to add Komodo National Park. With fewer than four days, base yourself in Labuan Bajo and take boat trips rather than attempting the road.
Yes. Most guests fly Bali (DPS) to Labuan Bajo, Ende or Maumere. Bali to Labuan Bajo is about 1 hour 15 minutes non-stop; the other two take longer. Pick-up is scheduled around your arrival, and combo trips can fly you into one airport and out of another.
Per person, based on two travellers sharing. Rates drop noticeably from four people up because car, guide and boat costs divide across the group — always state your exact group size.
April to November. Calmer seas for the boats, clearer skies at Kelimutu, and better road conditions on the mountain sections. December to March is greener but less reliable, and boat departures can be cancelled in rough weather.
Fly to Labuan Bajo, Ende or Maumere. Denpasar–Labuan Bajo is the quickest at about 1 hour 15 minutes non-stop and runs daily. Ferries and long-distance buses exist but take days and multiple changes via Sumbawa.
Boat type, how many share it, and whether you stay overnight. Private phinisi are the most expensive; a shared day trip is the cheapest way onto the same sites.
Private costs more per person but sets its own pace and route. Group tours are cheaper per head and follow a fixed itinerary with less individual attention. With children, elders, or mountain driving, private is usually the workable answer.
In Labuan Bajo, yes — several upscale properties with pools. Inland, the standard is good 3-star and the best available in each town, which is what the overland packages book. Wae Rebo is a traditional homestay by design.
